A certificate with guidance will be provided to aid better decisions for you in the future. To have one of our qualified energy assessors call at your home and provide this the cost of £55.
Everyone in society could benefit from understanding the current energy efficiency of their home. Also, in many circumstances there are grants which can help funding towards efficiency upgrades.
The Energy Health Check report lists:
- Suggested improvements (such as fitting loft insulation or improving your boiler), and the approximate cost of these
- Potential cost savings per year if the improvements are made and how this would change the energy and carbon emission rating of the property
You can use this information to:
- Cut your fuel bills
- Improve energy performance in your home and help cut carbon emissions
- Improve your knowledge of how homes can be energy efficient, helping you choose a more energy efficient home to rent or buy in the future
The energy health check will be held on our system, so that if the property is ever put up for rent or sale, it can be used to comply with the legal requirement to have an energy performance certificate.
