1. Create an Account
This can be done by clicking here. You can then order UK wide . Within 3 clicks of the mouse you will receive the assessor’s details, your invoice and the ability to arrange an appointment.

2. Consult our experts

3. Book an appointment
Book a convenient time for an assessor to visit your property, up to an hour will be required. Assessors can meet you, a letting agent or tenant but please make the key holder aware the assessor is calling
4. Payment to the Energy Assessor
TIP: Always reference Green house when calling. Once you have spoken and booked your appointment with the assessor then you can make payment by BACS, Cheque or even cash on the day. Payment should always be made to name on the Invoice, please double cheque and Contact Us if you would like to confirm.
5. Receive your EPC
No more than two working days after your assessment booking has been made your certificate will be uploaded to our system. This means a copy is retained for you on our server but for your convenience it is also sent to your e-mail address.
